Bid & Proposal Engineer – Oil & Gas
Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
We’re looking for an experienced Bid & Proposal Engineer to lead the full proposal process for global our clients product opportunities. You’ll coordinate technical and commercial inputs, produce high‑quality submissions, and help convert pipeline activity into contract wins.
What you’ll do
- Manage bid qualification, schedules and multi‑disciplinary contributors
- Produce accurate, persuasive proposal documents
- Build pricing models and ensure commercial clarity
- Act as a key commercial interface with customers and partners
- Maintain CRM bid tracking and deliver KPI reporting
What you’ll bring
- Degree in engineering, business or similar
- 5+ years’ bid/proposal experience in offshore, marine or subsea sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent written English
- Proven success delivering complex proposals
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (desirable)
