Just want to highlight how a recruitment process can still happen even in these unprecedented times.
We recently completed a piece of work where the entire process was conducted ‘virtually’ through a series of video meetings; the assignment brief, our headhunt search, all client interviews and even the hiring decision were done via Zoom – a first for us all.
It just goes to show where’s there’s a will, there’s a way – its recruitment Jim but not as we know it.
