A little side story from our Easter visit to Shetland is this place.
Nearly 20 years ago, I was asked by Alliance & Leicester (now Santander) to help them hire a Branch Manager for Lerwick, Shetland.
It wasn’t the easiest role to fill, but eventually, I found someone – Janice. Remarkably, she’s still there!
That placement led to more work with A&L, including a search for a Regional Sales Manager. During that process, I met Kim (my now Wife!) And the rest, as they say, is history.
