Our client is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of products to the Oil and Gas industry, renowned for world-class products and a commitment to quality and reliability. They are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
The QHSE Manager will oversee and improve the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve QHSE processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for quality, safety, and environmental issues.
- Deliver training and conduct audits to maintain QHSE compliance.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
- Provide QHSE reports to senior management and integrate QHSE practices across departments.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering).
- Proven QHSE management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
