Role: Sales Support – Oil & Gas
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

My client is a market-leading manufacturer and global supplier of environmental protection and safety products for fluid transfer operations within the Oil and Gas industry. Their world class products have become an industry standard with a reputation for quality and reliability.
These are exciting times and this is an opportunity to join a fast growing dynamic group to support its sales function. As the Sales Support you will support the Internal Sales Team Leader, Regional Sales Managers, Agents and Customers.
Job purpose
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Updating prospect list/prepare quotation
- Support Internal Sales Team Leader with admin tasks.
- Ensure all agency agreements are update to date
You will be expected to support the Internal Sales Team Leader and Regional Sales Managers with the preparation of commercial offers.
Key tasks
- Achieve a prompt turnaround in preparing quotes for Refurbishment, Camlocks and Ancillaries (24h where possible).
- Act as a back-up for Internal Sales Team Leader and contribute in producing quotations or sales assistance for other company products where necessary.
- Prepare and issue updated prospect list.
- Manage the CC weekly order list spread sheet, ensure all incoming orders. Additional cost and adjustments are captured.
- Carry out weekly audit of new orders on Winman to check the data entered matches that on the CC weekly order list.
- Update and issue the Global Order Record on a monthly basis.
- Process PO’s using Winman for MBC, Camlock, Ancillary and Refurbishment sales as required. Including liaising with Engineering to ensure the correct specification is configured.
- Remind Regional Sales Managers in a timely manner when agency agreements are due for renewal.
- Collate document packs, and attain the required signatures from GT and Signum and issue new and renewal agreements.
- Liaise with Chamber of Commerce, FOC and Embassy’s for attestation when required.
- Ensure all agreement documents are correctly filed in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with completing & submitting vendor questionnaires.
- Updating CRM records.
- Carry our quarterly stock take of brochures, and re-order via marketing as required.
- Send brochures as requested by Regional Sales Manager and agents by deadlines set.
- Co-ordinate comments on new brochure by collating feedback and reporting to Marketing Manager.
- Send customer satisfaction questionnaires on monthly basis, and follow up responses.
- Issue Sales Team the web traffic list on a weekly basis.
- Perform administrative duties, such as letters of invitation for visa support, PP letters for Regional Sales Managers, keeping sales records up to date and assisting with reports.
