Job Title: Contract Specification Manager – Developer New Build
Location: Central & South West UK

Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of bathroom furniture and bathroom products, with over 40 years’ experience in designing and developing beautiful bathrooms.
Their continued growth means they now need to add talent to their Contract Sales Team by hiring an exceptional Contract Specification Manager to develop business across Central & South West UK.
You will need to be experienced within contract specification (ideally in the Bathroom sector) and have a track record of developing the ‘New Build’ market in particular with Contractors/Installers of National and Regional Developers.
Job Purpose:
- To gain market share & increase specifications across all Brands within the New Build Housing Sector
- Establish and build relationships with national and major regional housebuilders
- Establish and build relationships with Independent housebuilders
- Establish and build relationships with National and key regional/Independent merchants
- Originate and track specifications through to order placed, managing pricing and client and customer relations/expectations through the process
