Company: Autonomous brand/product company, possessing the Intellectual Property for several renowned wellbeing & bodycare brands. Their primary focus lies in serving as a development hub for an internationally renowned group, boasting a turnover exceeding £20 million, operating across the UK, North America, Europe, and Australasia. Its diverse product range spans across Skin Care, Hair Care, Bath & Body, Fine Fragrance, and Home Fragrance. Role: As the Project Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. This pivotal role demands collaboration with designers, packaging suppliers, compliance specialists, and formulators, alongside coordination with sister companies.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to and processing development briefs from sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborating with the CEO to introduce new products and brands.
- Coordinating all aspects of product development from design to compliance.
- Conducting trademark searches and registrations.
- Identifying and cultivating new product opportunities within our customer base.
- Assisting in preparing selected brands and product ranges for Far East markets.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the beauty and wellbeing industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external specialists.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with project management tools and technology.
