About the Company: Our client, a market-leading manufacturer and global supplier of environmental protection and safety products for fluid transfer operations in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team. Job Overview: This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing dynamic group and support its sales function. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Internal Sales Team Leader, Regional Sales Managers, Agents, and Customers to drive success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial offers for the client’s products and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Update prospect lists.
  • Process orders promptly.
  • Coordinate the preparation of agency/distributor agreements.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Achieve a swift turnaround in preparing quotes for all products and services.
  • Ensure prompt preparation and issuance of Camlock, Ancillaries, and Refurbishment quotations, following up until PO receipt.
  • Attend prospect list meetings and update the operations team on incoming orders.
  • Prepare and issue updated prospect lists.
  • Manage the CC weekly order list spreadsheet, capturing all incoming orders, additional costs, and adjustments.
  • Conduct a weekly audit of new orders to ensure data accuracy.
  • Update and issue the Global Order Record every month.
  • Process POs using ERP, liaising with engineering/sales teams to ensure correct specifications.
  • Provide updated dashboards to Regional Sales Managers on agency agreements status.
  • Collate agency document packs for approval within the client’s Compliance department.
  • Ensure all agreement documents are correctly filed following company policy.
  • Liaise with the Chamber of Commerce, FOC, and Embassies for attestation when required.
  • Assist with completing & submitting vendor questionnaires.
  • Update CRM/DRS records.
  • Conduct a stock take of brochures, reordering via marketing as needed.
  • Send brochures as requested by Regional Sales Managers and agents.
  • Assist with marketing brochures and banner preparation.
  • Prepare/update sales presenter slides for customer presentations.
  • Collate comments and suggest brochure updates to the Business Development Director/Marketing Manager.
  • Send customer satisfaction questionnaires monthly and follow-up responses.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as letters of invitation for visa support, PP letters for Regional Sales Managers, keeping sales records up to date, and assisting with reports.
  • Apply for export trade approval requests.
  • Prepare product/service information packs.
  • Coordinate preparation for the customer demo room’s seminars, banners, and backdrops.
  • Provide commercial and technical information regarding all products.
  • Perform admin duties, including preparing reports/forecasts.
  • Coordinate document submission for complex tenders.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/DRS systems and ERP software.
  • Understanding of oil and gas industry practices and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
